The 4-H club meetings will be
held at the Sarcoxie Community Building.
Each family is responsible for
clean up of the
community building the month they have
refreshments.
Napkins and cups will be provided.
Refreshments and drinks need to be divided up
between families.
Demonstrations:
The list is just a guideline.
If
you are unable to do your demonstration during that month, that is fine. The only requirement is
that each member must
give one demonstration between September and June in order to be able
to show
at the local fairs.
The
other requirement is that each member must attend
51% of the club meetings. If
you are not
able to attend one of our meetings, you may attend one of the other
clubs in
Jasper County. But
you need to have a
form filled out by the club leader and turn that in to Lori so that you get
credit for attending that meeting.
